    We do our best to accurately describe all products listed on our website, including details about blind box contents, special editions, and accessories. However, please note that blind box purchases are random by nature and cannot be customized or guaranteed in advance. All orders placed through The Labubu Lounge are subject to product availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any order, especially in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of our systems.
    All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

    Orders are processed within 1-2/ business days. Shipping times and carriers vary by region. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues outside of our control.

    Refund & Return Policy

    At The Labubu Lounge, your satisfaction is our highest priority. However, due to the collectible and limited-edition nature of many of our items, we have a strict return and refund policy. Please Note: We do not accept returns or issue refunds if any of the following conditions apply:

    • The blind box has been opened.

    • The item or its packaging shows visible signs of wear, use, or damage.

    • The product was sold as a final sale, mystery box, or marked as non-returnable.

    This policy is in place to protect all of our customers and ensure that every collector receives unopened, untouched items in pristine condition.

     

    Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

    Refunds or exchanges may be considered only if:

    • You received the wrong item.

    • The product arrived in damaged condition before it was opened or handled.

    • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

    We reserve the right to approve or deny refund and return requests based on the condition of the product and packaging.
